Crochet narrow wallet size:

Width: 12.5 cm

Height: 8.5 cm (when closed)

Narrow wallet crochet pattern:

Ch 16 + 1 extra.

Row 1: Turn the chain and work through the back ridges: SC in the 2nd ridge from the hook and in each ridge across. (16 SC)

Rows 2-37: Ch 1, SC in each st across (16 SC)

SC evenly around the entire rectangle, making 2 SC in each corner. Work 35 SC along each long side and 14 SC along each short side.

Next, work 14 sl st along the short side (pocket section). Cut the yarn, then use a yarn needle join with the invisible method. For additional help, refer to the video tutorial. Weave in the end securely.

Count 23 stitches from the bottom corners of the wallet and place stitch markers on both sides. Fold the piece up to align the bottom corners with the stitch markers, creating the wallet shape. Attach yarn at the new left bottom corner and work slip stitches along the edge, stitching the two sides of the wallet together. Stop at the stitch marker, then remove it and continue slip stitching along the flap edge until you reach the next stitch marker. Remove the marker and continue slip stitching down to the right bottom corner of the wallet. Securely weave in the end.

Optionally, to add extra durability to the flap section, thread a single or double strand of yarn along the inner side of the flap, similar to how you would weave in an end.

To finish, sew the magnetic snap onto the wallet. Position one side of the snap on the flap and the other side on the body of the wallet, making sure they align properly when closed. Securely stitch both pieces in place, ensuring the snap functions correctly.
