Crochet Easter Cross Pattern

Common abbreviations of crochet stitches:

ch – chain

DC – double crochet

st– stitch

sl st – slip stitch

Crochet cross pattern:

Make a magic ring:

ch3, 2 DC in ring, [ch3, 3 DC in ring] – repeat 3 times, ch3, join with sl st in top of beginning ch3.

*Sl st in next DC, sl st in next DC, sl st in ch-3 space. Ch 3, 2 DC in the same ch-3 space, ch3, 2 DC in the same ch-3 space, ch3, sl st in next DC. Repeat from * 4 times. At the very end instead of Ch3 and sl st make one more DC. Turn.

Crochet bottom of the cross:

*Ch1, sl st in next DC, sl st in next DC, sl st in ch-3 space. Ch 3, 2 DC in the same ch-3 space, ch3, 3 DC. Repeat from * twice.
