Subject to Crochet Bits terms and conditions, all prices shown on the website are in United States funds and subject to applicable taxes in the USA and Canada. Applicable taxes are calculated during checkout process based on customer billing address.
SHIPMENTS
United States and Canada
We will ship your order with our Standard Shipping Option (Canada Post Regular Parcel or Purolator Ground Shipping). If you prefer to choose a Non-Standard Shipping, then additional charges may apply.
At the moment we’re building up our inventory and some products might take up to 6-8 weeks to be delivered.
International Shipping
All international orders will be shipped via FedEx, Canada Post, Purolator or UPS. You will receive an email with the tracking number. All international shipments that are going through customs clearance may have delays and additional customs duties and or levies covered by the client.
DOWNLOADS
All digital downloads are available right after payment. An automatic email is sent to the provided during check out flow email address once the payment is complete. Please ensure that [email protected] email address is whitelisted and/or added to the trusted email addresses inside your email account provider, such as Gmail, to receive our emails without disruption.
In the event one of our automatic emails is not delivered to your mailbox, please reach out to [email protected] and we would be happy to assist you.
RETURN & REFUND of PHYSICAl GOODS
We’re happy to receive returns as long as our product is returned non-damaged to our warehouse. Get in touch with our happiness specialist to arrange a return.
Refunds for physical products are discussed on the case-by-case basis with one of our happiness specialists.
