Crochet lace snowflake size:
Size: 10.5*10.5 cm (4*4 in)
Common abbreviations of crochet stitches:
ch – chain
sl st – slip stitch
sp – space
picot 3 – ch 3, sl st underneath 2 loops of last DC
picot 4 – ch 4, sl st underneath 2 loops of last TR
SC – single crochet
DC – double crochet
TR – treble crochet
st(s) – stitch(es)
Lace snowflake crochet pattern:
Ch 6, sl st in 1st ch.
Round 1: ch 4, [DC, ch1] – repeat 11 times. Sl st to the 3rd ch.
Round 2: sl st in next ch-1 sp, [ch 5, SC in next ch-1 sp] – repeat 11 times, ch 2, DC in first ch-5 sp of this round.
Round 3: ch 1, work into the same ch-5 sp as last DC from the previous round: 2 DC, picot 3, DC, TR, picot 4, 2 DC, picot 3, DC. Ch 1, SC into the central stitch of next ch 5, ch 1. *[2 DC, picot 3, DC, TR, picot 4, 2 DC, picot 3, DC] – in next ch-5 sp, ch 1, SC into the central stitch of next ch 5, ch 1 – repeat from * 5 times. Join the last DC of Round 2.
Cut the yarn and weave in all ends.
