Crochet ribbed scarf size:

Gauge: 13 stitches = 4 inches in single crochet thought the side bar

Width: 20 cm (8”)

Length: 160 cm (62”)

 

Common abbreviations of crochet stitches:

ch – chain

sc – single crochet

sc sb – single crochet thought the side bar: insert the hook thought the side bar that is situated under the front loop and complete single crochet as normal. Check video tutorial if needed.

sl st – slip stitch

Crochet long scarf free pattern:

Ch 121.

Row 1: Starting in the second loop from hook, 120 sc (crocheting into the back bump of chain). Turn.

Row 2: Ch1, 120 sc sb, turn

Repeat Row 2 or until you reach desired scarf width.
