Crochet Round Coaster with Hearts Pattern

Crochet materials and tools:

<> Crochet hook 3.5 mm

<> Caron, Simply Soft (4) –100% acrylic, 288 meter per 170 grams skein or any other type of yarn. Color A: blue, color B: white

Diameter: 17 cm (6.5”)

Crochet round coaster pattern with hearts:

Starting with color A: Make a magic ring. Ch 2, 12 DC inside magic ring, join to first DC.

Round 2: ch2, 2DC into the same stitch and in each stitch around. Join. (24 DC). Cut the yarn. Weave in ends.

Change to color B.

Round 3: ch2, *DC in first stitch, 2DC in next stitch, repeat from *around. Join. (36 DC)

Round 4: ch2, *DC in the next 2 stitches, 2DC in next stitch, repeat from *around. Join. (48 DC)

Round 5: ch2, *DC in the next 3 stitches, 2DC in next stitch, repeat from *around. Join. (60 DC).

Cut the yarn and weave in ends.

Attach color A again.

Repeat everything from the beginning. Join and weave in ends.
