9*5 = 45 cm. In the video, the width of my hat measures 48 cm, which is within the acceptable range of 45-48 cm.
If you desire a smaller-sized hat, reduce the width of one section by making fewer decreases or by adjusting the number of sections. If you need further instructions, please watch the video tutorial for a more detailed demonstration.

Sewing edges of the crochet ribbed hat for men:
Cut the yarn, leaving a 1.5-2 m tail.
<> Use a yarn needle to gather stitches along the crown edge, closing the crown.
<> With a hook, join the two sides to make the back seam. Insert the hook underneath the two loops of the row closest to you and through both loops on the other side. Yarn over, pull through loops, and stitch on the hook. Slip stitch the two edges together, working until the last 14-15 stitches (or 10 cm) remain.
<> Turn the hat right side out. Join last 14-15 stitches in the same way as before. Ensure to do this on the right side to hide the seam when folding the brim.
<> Weave in ends.
